  • Bomb Calorimeter Test :
  • Test can be conducted with similar Biomass  sample pellet one normally and one with Actigain applied over the pellet in a Bomb Calorimeter
  • If a graph is drawn between Time at X Axis and Temperature at Y Axis
  • Time advantage is clearly visible with Actigain applied sample
  • The time taken to reach particular temperatures will be less and the graph will be longer i.e. intensity will last for more time

Thermal Efficiency

  • Q : What is the maximum thermal efficiency achievable with Actigain ?
  • A  : Actigain is a good energy manager which organizes an efficient way to generate, distribute and absorb heat
  • In efficient conditions the thermal efficiency will be much higher since the rate of net heat transfer in the system has increased
  • Thermal efficiency difference between poor equilibrium condition operating boilers and excellent equilibrium condition boilers are more than 7 to 15% depending upon the boilers
